The website describes Hopeora Foundation’s mission and programs. Content is informational and does not create a promise that any particular person, request, campaign, or outcome will receive funding.
3. Donations
You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, the information submitted is accurate, and the funds are not derived from unlawful activity. Donations are processed in U.S. dollars through Stripe Checkout unless the platform states otherwise.
Hopeora will make reasonable efforts to use purpose-directed gifts for the selected program. When a program or campaign is fully funded, becomes impracticable, or cannot lawfully receive additional funds, Hopeora may contact the donor, apply funds to a closely related mission purpose where legally permitted, or take another appropriate action.
4. Receipts and tax matters
A receipt confirms a processed transaction. It does not guarantee deductibility or replace professional tax advice. Tax treatment depends on Hopeora’s applicable legal status, the nature of the payment, and the donor’s circumstances.
5. Refunds
Refund requests should be submitted promptly with the receipt number. Refund availability depends on applicable law, payment status, fraud review, organizational policy, and whether funds have already been committed or used. Payment processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted.
6. Prohibited use
You may not probe or disrupt security, automate abusive requests, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, submit false claims, misuse personal data, attempt unauthorized administrator access, or use the site for unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual property
The website design, brand elements, original text, software, and other protected content belong to Hopeora Foundation or its licensors. Limited personal viewing does not transfer ownership.
8. Third-party services
Stripe, hosting, email, analytics, and marketing services may operate under separate terms. Hopeora is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Hopeora does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately.
